Return Policy for Online Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item(s) at any International Clothiers store location or mail it back to our distribution center. All return packages sent to our distribution center must include a completed Return Form and must be received within 30 days of the original order date. We are happy to issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a restocking fee of $6.99, plus taxes, will be deducted from your refund. If your order value after return falls below the free shipping minimum, the restocking fee will be applied.

You may exchange your item(s) in-store or receive an in-store gift card within 30 days of the original order date. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email serves as your official receipt. NO REFUNDS IN-STORE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. In-store issued gift cards are not transferable to our online store and can only be used in-store.

Regular-Priced Merchandise

Items sent to our distribution centre must meet the following criteria in order to receive a refund:

  • All items are unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with original tags attached.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date with a completed Return Form.

We recommend shipping your return package with a tracking number, as International Clothiers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, International Clothiers will not issue a refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. International Clothiers does not provide return shipping labels.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

International Clothiers reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Non-International Clothiers items sent to our distribution centre will be discarded upon receipt.

Step-By-Step Return Process

1. Print a return form here: Return Form
2. Fill out all fields on the return form.
3. Package your merchandise and place the return form inside the package. Return products in original packaging, when possible, or any other box or mailer bag of your choice.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest post office.
5. Ship the return package to: International Clothiers Online Returns, 1185 Caledonia Road, Toronto, ON, M6A 2X1

Once the return package has been received and is processed by our distribution centre, you will receive a confirmation email which will include details of your refund.

Final Sale Items

All items listed at 70% off or greater are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or issued store credit. Gift Cards, E-Gift cards and jewellery are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit.

Exchanges

Because we cannot guarantee we will have the style/size you desire, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. You are welcome to exchange your items at any International Clothiers store location for free. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same styles or desired size/colour in-stock during your visit. If we are unable to make an exchange in-store, we will issue you an in-store gift card for use on a future purchase in-store. In-store issued gift cards are not transferable to our online store and can only be used in-store.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Please take a photo of the item as well as the price ticket and email it to our Customer Support with a description of the damage. Damaged and/or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is not immediately reported, a refund will not be authorized.

Once we verify the damaged item(s), you will be emailed a Purolator return shipping label. You are required to include a completed Return Form with your return package. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment.

Exchanging In-Store

We accept in-store exchanges at any International Clothiers store location. To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

– All items are unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with original tags attached.
– Items must be accompanied with the original receipt issued in-store.
– The exchange must be processed in-store within 15 days of the purchase date.

All items listed at 70% off or greater are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or issued store credit. Gift Cards, E-Gift cards and jewellery are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit.
